Your right when it comes to Governments giving direct aid through grants to LEDCs, much of it is wasted through war etc. I'll be glad to inform you Comic Relief does not give money to the governments but provides things like mosquito nets, which meets their real needs and help the countried develop.
I suggest you read up about it it sounds like you have a very basic view of how it all works. I'll be expecting a harsh reply as usual...maybe it reflects you as a person
