  • Problem to be corrrected: 1.practice small narrow kicks without bending knees too much. 2. Improve your body line with extending your hands straight after entry and then pull. 3. Improve your breathing with one goggle out of water not both. Don't rotate your head too much. your body roll should allow for breathing good luck..
