@s8h001 ...and I don't really consider that these are "Way Bigger" issues, actually the right to move oneself and his property is part of the Freedoms in the bill of rights, what they are discussing here is at the same level or less. These constitutional officers are standing with these people is what we need to see more of and they should also honor the right to travel too. The right to travel is a bill that came up this year in GA www1. legis. ga. gov/legis/2009_10/fulltext/hb8­75. htm

@s8h001 Roads are paid for by gas taxes, not registration and license fees. A car is private property, if you CHOOSE to give the MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) over to the DMV so they can TELL you how to operate their personal property now, while they give you a "Certificate OF Titile" with the original Titile number on it, (go take a look at yours) ... this is why you HAVE to pay THEM every year for the PRIVILEGE of using their car! Oh, you were taught so well, you are one confused.

@cicciolxx You need to make your own picture I.D. and record it at your county recorders office along with notice of damages that you would hand a verified copy (not the original) to whomever pulls you over to notice them of your right to travel. Having expired tags instead of your own plate is reason enough to pull you, as evidence that you are/were in commerce. There is also a USDOT regulation 49 CFR 395.1 you need to research RIGHT OF WAY, opposed to TRAVEL is very important to understand.
