What I'd like to ask Icke and all his followers is, if this global elite are so powerful and have existed for so long, then why is it taking them so long to achieve their end-goal. According to Icke, they are still plotting and scheming behind the scenes to bring about their vision of how the world should be. Would it not be fair to suggest that after so many centuries / millenia of being in control, the job would've been well and truly wrapped up by now....
