the "two colors in my head" line works perfectly because there actually is two different recordings going on at once. pure confusion is bliss

@juanjamm XD I haven't even heard this yet and I'm already laughing
-
@mrhandsome931 It´s just an urban leyend, the idea is: Put two disc of "Kid 7" but with a difference of 17 seconds and you'll listen a very strange new version of this songs...

can someone explain the 17 sec idea please

@Sudhish86 I think Radiohead came with this idea.

This is a good concept, but it needs some work. This is one song that you pretty much can't just play 17 seconds behind the other and call it a day. Because this is pretty annoying. But it could work. About 1:30 into the video, you can hear "EVERYTHIIIIING" with the chorus sung quietly beneath it. That is good. Most of this is bad. A good DJ needs to step in and perfect this. I'm not disqualifying an EIIRP v. EIIRP remix.

I love the 17 second idea. Sadly, I don't think it works for this song. However, the idioteque version is fucking AMAZING.

this makes me think of....mental asylums, and androids.

I guess it has something to do with these odd time signatures...
totally...and i though about "yesterday i woke up sucking - EVERYTHIIIIING" lol

Who came up with this idea? It's intriguing as hell.
As I think about it, it seems like this concept could work with almost all vivid/ atmospheric works.
Again, intriguing as hell. Don't know if it's good yet, but intriguing.
