@robb765 basically what Kurtilein3 said is true, aside from the well-balanced part about the knives. Unfortunately, until you start paying a lot of money for juggling knives, you're stuck with these shafts of metal that tend to reverberate a bit too much so it affects the juggling a bit more than one would expect. As a result I tend to practice more with knives than someone probably should and the differences between juggling my clubs and juggling my knives are fairly large..

i didnt make this video, but normally you start with juggling balls. then you learn how to juggle clubs. those juggling knifes are balanced just like clubs, so as soon as you are good at juggling clubs, you can use those knifes. but you will still use clubs for trying new stuff, practising stuff that is still difficult for you, and so on. clubs are designed for juggling, knifes and torches are something like modified performance-clubs, with compromises in design.
