@LOA417 Agree completely with your comment. It is very important to give students realistic practice to prepare them for using English in real-life situations. Tricks as simple as sitting with their backs to each other when practising telephone conversations make the exercise more relevant. They can't see each other's faces or gestures, and have to rely completely on verbal communication!
