"Elite status is prima facie evidence of evolutionary superiority?"- Charles Darwin quote at around 2:10 As opposed to it being evidence of absolute subhuman nature amongst the "elite"? Would it not evince their having been willing to employ deception, murder, including genocide, and all manner of wickedness? They adopted an attitude of superiority on the basis of psychosis and misinterpretation as to how they had come to achieve their elevated status in human society.

Do you honestly think poor people will be able to afford the same “advances” as the wealthy elite? Transhumanism will only exacerbate the diseases of the human mind and increase the risk of misplaced and misused power.

I can't see why the new transhuman 'flavour' of eugenics is a bad thing.

Eugenics historically is bad because it sterilizes/kills/harms people in order to improve the human gene pool.

However the transhumanist version does not need to harm anyone, EVERYONE can be uplifted.

Why is this bad?
