Modern Warfare 2 Negative XP mods

This is a JTAG mod where you earn -5,000,000 XP per kill instantly lowering your rank to 1. This mod also includes the positive XP instant 70 mod which the modder could change at will (7:00). There are also sprint speed, jump height, and care package mods with explosive "chopper gunner bullets"

You either need a JTAG xbox or join a game being hosted on a JTAG xbox for these mods.
