Truly sad however, it's now considered a "tear-down".. This is all that's left, the result after over 3 years of abandonment, severe WNC weather conditions, a collapsing structure and roof from an incessant rain and snow deluge cascading in through the decaying roof.. and a yet unresolved Bank of America "Short-Sale"..

I listed this property back in February of 2009.. and so began my endless journey down the road of a "Short-sale" hell, ripe with blood, sweat and tears.. literally, yes.. no kidding!
Nevertheless, here I am, over TWO years later -and although battered and beaten -I'm STILL hanging in there.. and I won't give up until I finally see this one through -- to the very end!
