1966 directed by Jack Hill and Stephanie Rothman starring William Campbell, (the Squire of Gothos), Linda Saunders, Merissa Mathes, Sid Haig, Jonathan Haze, and Patrick Magee. Campbell is an artist with vampiric tendencies who kills women and dumps their bodies into a vat of boiling wax in his studio.

  • FYI: appeared on WOR's "Fright Night" (New York City's channel 9) in both 1975 and 1977.

Thanks so much for posting this rare little oddball gem!

  • Wow! THANKS for posting! Those American International low budget flicks from the 50's & 60's may have often been cheesy & schlocky....but were rarely boring. Bill Campbell's ex-wife Judith Exner was quite a lady..reportedly after divorcing Bill she had an affair with Frank Sinatra and then in the early 60's had affairs with mobster Sam Giancana and President Kennedy...allegedly at the same time..serving as a sort of courier between then two kingpins! I always liked Bill Campell! CHEERS! :-)
