  • I think I remember seeing about this in the news back in the day, here in Central Ontario we are also getting lake effect and a few miles south of us a meter of snow fell in three days.Thats our monthly average dammnit.

  • I can not wait im going to new york in january is it good if you have been?

  • snowing like that soon!!! woot woot!

  • Be like that again very soon, scary :-)

  • I wish it would snow here in Britain like that! It looks sooo amazing!

  • I remember this haha, I live in herkimer county, Ilion and i love it!!

  • I will put up with snow. I enjoy my winters now that I moved to CNY. growing up in Northern Wisconsin you had to deal with too many -30 or colder days. I will take the ton of snow over air so cold your lungs hurt to breath it.

  • Don't worry, it's a "dry cold" and not bad once you get used to it. No snow storm in Rochester ever level our city or killed 1,000 people. It's a pain, but in Florida my son never spends any time outside from July 1st to Sept. 1st because of the heat.

  • firecat...so true. the sad part is, it is like this in the winter, then 100 degrees during the summer...we see everything besides hurricanes here.

  • i live around there and i love it when its like that
