I think I'll just re-iterate my comment about your tone. Standing in front of audiences is something you might have coming up so be prepared to do that. I've always enjoyed that sort of thing because I sing because I enjoy it. A bit selfish maybe but the truth is that if you enjoy it, then others will too :)
