A quick video showing how to remove the annoying watermark problem people are having with the OtterBox case for the iPhone. I hope this helps!

You shouldn't have any problem with watermarks unless you have another screen protector on under the otterbox screen protector. I had an otterbox for my iPod touch with a screen built in, and I took off the screen protector I had to put it on the right way and I didn't have a problem with watermarks

I found another easy way to get rid of the watermarks.
Get a small bowl of warm water & add a small amount of dish soap. Moisten
A block of paper towel in the bowl (not too wet) and wipe your phone screen
& the inside of your otterbox. Then get a hairdryer & set it on low to dry the inside of your
otterbox and your phone screen. Keep the hairdryer about 1 foot away for about 1 minute.
No more watermarks.

@randomrazr i just bought an iPhone 4s and a new Otterbox case and it STILL has watermarks they still have watermarks

Wow, I have the ballistic case for the iPhone 4 and hated the watermark but I didn't want to put baby powder on my screen, thank you

@randomrazr There's newer, better versions of the defender case, but people still have the older case who still run into this issue. This is not a moot case.
