well that's the thing, that's why it's so funny! you see some silly average looking man like tom hanks appear just standing there and talking like a herpaderp and some assclown like broli shows up and is like I AM THE MOST POWERFULEST BEING IN THE WORLD NOBODY CAN HURT ME AT ALL I AM MEGACHEAP and despite being able to take nuclear explosions etc, he gets beat up simply by an exploding dog and movie posters flying around, it's a fun irony
