Paaji... I tried this today and they came out perfect"sitting "samosas unlike "previous"sleeping" samosas. U share so much technique which helps amateur cook like us.. You all including Sanjivji rock. God bless you and hope u continue the cheer of food

Great Receipe and very close to the authentic style of making Samosa.I used to make samosa on our own shop when I was young and that was using my father's receipe(great samosa maker in my city). I never found any good receipe close to one that my father taught me. This is the one I found as one of the authentic receipe of making samosa.

Made the samosas which were very tasty,but I had more potato mixture than pastry.Spicy-potato toasted sandwich for breakfast...hell yeah!

Thank you so much for wonderful recipes. I made the samosa, the way you showed. It came out perfect. I am Bengali, so we call this samosa, Singara. Anyway, my husband is White American and he loves our food. Thank you again for easy cooking method :)
