Though I'm a carnivore and a cattle rancher, I prefer nut milk to cow's milk. I've been trying to make it at home but I've never found a strainer that makes it as appetizing as commercial almond milk. I've got a ton of pecan trees, so if I can nail down the methodology, I can essentially have free milk.

Isn't that the truth? Her Green book completely motivated me to get off my butt and drink green smoothies. I cannot believe the energy it gives me!!! Igor's Favorite in her book is our fave! I love the simplicity they are teaching (I know they do the fancy stuff too) but mostly it's simple....unlike some of the raw food gourmet's...

Wedding dress? What if you don't have any? lol Just kidding. I love almond milk. So far it's the best one I tried. Just add some agave(not much) and a little bit of salt. Nothing is better than that. But pine nuts milk.. Hmmmm... Gotta try this one ;) Thanks
