procedure

copy and paste it to your URL place and download will start automatically. if it doesnt start..just click one of three links given on the page opened.
Now after download completes, run and install the exe file.
after installation is complete...open AVC and click addvideo and select the video u want to convert. after this select the formate for conversion...as default it will convert in AVI. you can choose whatever u want.
after selection of formate click "encode" and wait till the whole process completes.
in lower left side there is a button named as "output folder", click that to open and see your converted files..
and everything is done
