how much tmrblow? for a kit?
what is really needed is 5 hp for bigger guys ... also on this hill your burning up your clutch because its slipping..
i im about 320 and my 2 stroke will pull me on a 3% grade but not anything more.. and i have a 48 toothed... so bigger guys have trouble.. this is why we need engines that are just much stronger..

road hills are a joke for my 66cc 2 stroke with standard sprocket, i had to plough up the side of a ravign to find its limits... all i did to the motor was i opened up the intake and exhaust on the little intake stem and the muffler.

You definitely need to change the gearing on it ,and a" torque a verter" like the one's on go karts would make a HUGE difference! GOOD LUCK
