She needed to check back as some new details were figured out, she even asked Dexter to go there with her.. I don't remember if she left message for him or she told him, because if he knew that Deb wanted to get back to that place he would never make his killing room there

I expected this ending to be better. It was good, but I think this ending should have been a lot more similar to the killing of Trinity. This ending is very similar to many other deaths in the show. I think Dexter was stupid in not locking the front door.
