Rafe tells Alan he wants to join the Marines, then become a cop. Alan said he dreamed about Gus again and in this dream Gus stressed how the family needs Rafe right now. Rafe asks for the keys to Harleys house, saying he wants to pick up Guss stuff. Olivia gives Nat the deed to the house, but Nat doesnt accept it. Olivia asks Nat to buy the house off of her with the money Rafe found. Olivia feels Gus watching her and when she does something good, it makes her want to share the gift he gave.

Jeffrey isnt successful in getting Ferretti to drop the charges against Gus. Mallet tells Harley about Gus, but she wont believe Gus was the crooked cop. Harley learns that Alans been having visions of Gus. Harley learns from Alan that someone named within Guss case isnt a criminal—hes a defense attorney: Fred Grundy. Harley sees a plaque from the American Heart Association on Grundys desk and puts the pieces together. Harley tells Olivia that Gus was doing favors to move her up the transplant list. Rafe hears that Jeffrey is going to make a statement concerning the SPD. Rafe takes Gus gun to stop Jeffrey with it.
