No, I am sorry, I downloaded it from russian website on permission of author. He was doing weekend trip in this funny way and filmed whatever was in his site, and later made this video-collage from original shooting. as I have USSR roots too, I could say that many if not all construction objects had double use. Nevertheless, this video is film noir according to author - once mighty, now in deepest misery, and it fades away. The music behind also to emphasize same idea ;)
