Time (From the Movie "Inception") Cover by Roy Burns

I felt Hans Zimmer was robbed of the Golden Globe, as much as I love Trent Reznor, I think that Inception has a much more timeless soundtrack. This song in particular really showcases a simple theme. Dynamics are such a key component of this track, as is the churning pulse in the background. I couldn't re-create all of the parts and do them justice, so I ended up trimming a bunch of them out.

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. To be honest Inception was the first time I'd ever looked at soundtracks as pieces of music as opposed to just sounds that compliment the video. This track is probably my favourite piece from the film and you covered it beautifully, very well played.
