The “question of the week” is the reason we’re in this mess to begin with. I personally don’t give a “flying fuck” what any of you thinks about the question asked. The only concern any of us should have is that the Constitution is being followed to the letter of the law. If we had been concerned with that all along, instead of what someone thinks, we would not have this scumbag Barry Soetoro as President to begin with.

The law is the law, and it says the feds can't sue the states - period.
