I think it's just a Fender Strat. I'm not really up on guitars, so I couldn't really tell you if it was anything special or not-- I'm guessing not because he drew pictures all over it :)

Ah I get it. You should get a real one and then play it, the part is great. And is the guitar just a standard strat or is it something special?
