in germany we have 5 parties now, christ democracy, social democracy, left party, "the greens" and the liberal party. (in descending order, by votes)

How was a vote for Nader a vote for Bush? Nader got 97,000 votes in Florida and Bush got 250,000 democrats to vote for him. The Democrats need to ask why didn't Gore get those votes? Every voter has a constitutional right to vote for the candidate of their choice! The Democrats have 72 million registered voters to Republicans 55 million, so Democrats should win easily, in a Presidential race if they give the people a good Choice. 2008 Nader gets more votes from McCain than Obama! I hate to crap on your parade. But in Germany there are two major parties and then special interest groups that help tip the two big guys one way or another.

CSU/CDU and the SPD. It's pretty much the same stupid thing we have here, with the Ron Pauls and the Nadars.... amongst other special interest Bullmoose types.

a vote for nader in 2000 was a vote for bush: killing of 1000000 iraqi and 4000 americans and the miserable fallout of generations of the families of the dead. a vote for nader in 2008 is a vote for mc cain and continued mindless killing. in terms of age, reagan was quite old and he had alzeimer's by the end.
