biotin works great. never use doo gro products, though. Just clogs up your roots.

i have thin hair specially at my nape. That oil could help me? Can I use it as a hot oil treatment? Because when I leave oils on my hair, it weight my hair even more.

I am a nurse so please make sure it is D-Biotin 5mg = 5000mcg and should all be taken together with your morning meal. Take 5000mcg in the morning and through out the day you will pee out the excess. Also it promotes haelthy skin and helps to lower and/or maintain healthy glucose levels. Good luck and btw nice pics...thanks for sharing.
