Videoing commuter trains in Dallas, the system called: DART - Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
Off happening: after videoing the trains while driving home about two blocks from the trains, I was stopped by the Dallas Police and questioned about my reason for videoing the trains. Nothing happened beyond being stopped and questioned. Homeland Security was blamed.

I've been stopped by the DART Police Department for filming the trains too. Ever since "that day" is always the excuse.

The LRT contracts for my city were issued yesterday. We're getting some Bombardier trains again.
The current O-Train is a 135 seat, diesel-powered Bombardier Talent BR643 DMU.

do you know if DART has a deficit? The NFTA in the Buffalo Area has a 14 million dollar deficit this year, mostly the fault of the union that represents the NFTA and the fact that rapid transit does not make a profit.
