  • @hotgoddess1230 To try or to do something... big diference :) If she wana make something usefull, she wont make clown vids like this in the future, but go out (i said OUT) and walk a lot. After shes fat like hell she shouldnt run or else. Shes the person who has 188 BPM after 400 m run (if she can make it at all), im sure. So better walk and make a normal diet from step to step start with 3-500 kcal reduce on her BMR. And walk a lot... what shes doing now is totaly fail. Thats all.

  • @PrufsFavourite You shouldn't put her down at least she's trying to make a real effort in being healthier. How do you know if she's trying to eat healthier or if she's not? Weight loss usually isn't a fast process.

  • Remember people it's also important to watch what you eat and make you're meals smaller and have healthy snacks in between so you don't feel like your starving when eating better. Exercise is very important but also watch what you eat. Congrats on making a real effort to loose weight and getting healthy. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months by changing my eating habits and doing at home workouts.
