Many people just have bad feeling towards people who made money through luck. Arab sheiks are not rich because they are the smartest or the hardest working, but because they got lucky. In japan for example people are rich because they make innovative products, in Arab world, because there was oil under their feet, and the arabs do not invest it in technology, just cars, yachts, etc
