I totally agree. The BEST things in life are free. Some people pay a lot of money to get experiences similar to what can be had for free when one is creative. And when your hormonal system is cascading the molecules of pleasure, everything you do is bliss. Health makes me happier than anything.

Hahaha that's awesome Dan! Enjoying life IS incredibly easy if we simple allow that joy in and get back to basics- that's what it's all about- It's easy- Eat fruits & veggies, hang out in nature playing kick ass games that are found in nature and after that, if you still don't realize how good you've got it, give yourself permission to give yourself a giant hoof in the butt. ;)
