wow well maybe that is why one of the things my dr want me to do is switch to iodised salt instead of normal salt?

Where did you learn that? I have done MUCH research and never read that. I'm curious of your sources.

I havve recently learned that PCOS is caused by an iodide/ iodine deficiency. I've read about women getting rid PCOS and polycystic breasts simply by taking adequate amounts of iodine.
