umm... im gonna buy this and was wondering what you use the money that you get for?

It is the same as you would get in multiplayer. They go towards either multiplayer upgrafes and goods depending on your level.

They also go towards some extras for single player like characters and some special effects. Oh yeah and bonus movies such as the making of types. The making of the game is worth it.
