  • Awesome comment, because it's true.

  • he was voted out cause most southerners baptist need someone that speaks about "god" and "war" not about consecuences and wrong doing, you have to be able to talk about jesus and work for the devil to satisfy their biaS MINDS!

  • Max Cleland kicks serious ass!

Why in the hell did the people of Georgia vote him out of office?!? Cleland was 1000% dead on correct with this issue. What a real shame a leader and true hero like Max isn't in the Senate anymore.

  • Saxby Chambliss is a goddamn asshole.

  • max cleland's a man's man.

  • It is shameful what Chambliss and his crew did to Max Cleland in 2002. Max has more guts than most of the Bush/Cheney administration -- Bush/Cheney/Chambliss all with deferments -- never served in Vietnam -- oh but these same three jerks are willing to send our sons and daughters to war in Iraq for THEIR OIL INTERESTS.

  • oh man, that was AWESOME...so glad I stumbled across this clip. If only people had listened to people like Max Cleland back then. I haven't heard any public official state the issue that clearly and frankly. Can we get Cleland in Obama's cabinet??

  • I got to meet this man yesterday. I shook his hand and stood just to his left as he gave a speech in support of John Kerry's re-election campaign. It sent a chill up my back. I love you, Max.
