  • Alienation in the Poconos should be the title of this video. Come back to the world (NJ)- How can you hedge yourself against any stuff like oil tank leakage on a tax lien property? That's my biggest fear. Most townships charge for that information. It's not cost effective to request documents in advance from the clerk for every potential property you bid on as the sharks are always there bidding down and you are lucky to even get one property for a double digit interest rate.
