the bars on the side wasnt high enuf, but i knew he cuda do it by the way he took it off, my max in 505

@RuDeRaStAfArIaN No, the safety bars on the side were perfectly high enough. I have used them many times. If I fail I just lower the weight all the way and lean forward a bit.

thats REALLY DANGEROUS to do that without somebody spotting you... what if u fell forward?

@xxCCBBxx Not too sure if you are being sarcastic here.... anyways, I am in a powerrack with safety bars just below the bottom of my rep incase of incident. I have failed many times in my life with no incedent. Thanks for the concern, but the racks are very safe!
