60 Pound Pr for the Strongband squats. Bands are over 200 pounds of tension at the top.

  • @jmyjms86 Thanks! It is ok though. I got the safety bars set as a safe height I have used them many times in my days! Thanks for the comment.

  • the bars on the side wasnt high enuf, but i knew he cuda do it by the way he took it off, my max in 505

  • @RuDeRaStAfArIaN No, the safety bars on the side were perfectly high enough. I have used them many times. If I fail I just lower the weight all the way and lean forward a bit.

  • thats REALLY DANGEROUS to do that without somebody spotting you... what if u fell forward?

  • @xxCCBBxx Not too sure if you are being sarcastic here.... anyways, I am in a powerrack with safety bars just below the bottom of my rep incase of incident. I have failed many times in my life with no incedent. Thanks for the concern, but the racks are very safe!
