    That's the exact route I take on the towpath too.

    I almost always start at Botzum, just after the stinky "poop plant", and ride to Alexander Mills and back -- approx 30 miles.

    I usually stop for a quick break at the top of the hill at Deep Lock Quarry on the way back. I'm done in a little over 2 hours to 2 and a half hours. (It's slightly harder going back cuz it gradually goes uphill the whole way)
