  • Tuning is much easier than you think actually. When my ear does not do it I can tune against a digital keyboard or with my Korg tuner. I rare;y have to use that though. Analog is all about a bit of sloppiness anyway. I have a Wiard/Blacet Miniwave so I can quantize to various scales if I need it. Honestly, I have been so excited to be done and playing with it I haven't tried it yet. Thanks for stopping by!

  • Found this through Kutiman too, fantastic sounds!

  • Check out Kutiman - Thru You - Babylon Song.

Your sequencer is featured in that song. Amazing music is made out of parts of your clip.

  • Looks cool. Anyone actually make any music with one of these?

  • Night Rider!

  • I meant to say "Babylon Band", not Babylon Song.

  • That's amazing... I've just gotten into DIY gear, so that's a long way off for me, but eventually, I'm going to try to build a modular synth. I might have to steal this design when I do.

  • its like the revolution sequenser..sweet.

  • I like the idea of not having quantised outputs actually - it takes away the "visual" element of writing a melody using a keyboard. This looks amazing man, get it into production!

  • oddly mesmerising... thanks for posting these. congrats on your build, it looks fantastic.

i'm interested to know - is tuning each step a pain in the arse? would you kill for quantised outputs?
