  • They spelled Hawaii wrong.

  • Although most of the world spells our state as Hawaii, Hawaiian uses a special marking called an "okina," In this word, it goes between the two final letters and causes them to be pronounced separately from each other. The actual symbol is un-reproducible for many character fonts, so we replace the okina symbol with an apostrophe. They look nearly identical. Just in case your computer will correctly display an okina, here is an apostrophe followed by a dash and then an okina: ' - ‘ Aloha!

  • Ridiculous and over the top?

  • @tvdudehi I think they forgot an "a". They put Hawii. Not Hawaii or Hawai'i

  • That was just amazing. Strange, but absolutely beautiful. I loved it! And perfect choreography also, it really portrayed the song's emotion, and the dancer was just fabulous! Truly great.
