http://www.freeverticaljumptraining.com/yt I wanted to wait until I was at my prime again to post any videos but in a forum things got hot and I was forced to post this video of my current progress. I measured this rim right at 10 foot, and I am a hair shy of 6'4. I think my head is 2-3 inches from that rim... which makes this a ~42" jump.

Next ones I'll show measurements of the hoop.

I'm 29 coming on 30... my best jumps were at age 25 jumping ~44... but this go round I'm going to beat that.

  • Anybody that is thinking about buying this should. I have been doing it about a week, and it has already made big difference. I'm 13 (6 ft.) and when I started I could grab the rim. And,believe it or not,I just had my first dunk today. It was a 10 ft. rim.

  • @NewTunesAllTheTime measured it with a tape measure. AND more importantly, had it inspected by the online rim police.

  • @Jordan34

Glad it worked for you too. I was also using that training

and it did what it promised! In just less than 3 weeks, It

starts increasing my vertical. Couldn't be more happier

with this training.. Anyway, you misspelled the site name.

    i still can't touch the rim!!! i'm 151lbs and 5 ft 8

  • @freejumptraining he just means that vertical is usually defined by a stand still jump as opposed to running and jumping

  • @freejumptraining that is more than two steps stop bein a puss and go from a stationary position

  • u should try high jump :D
