I never said that Apple had desktop dominance or was leading gaming. I was referring to Apple becoming a patent troll and FUD spreader just like Microsoft has been doing for the last 10 years.

Apple infringes on some of Palm's patents, however Palm isn't going to sue Apple over it. Is Apple suing over the the principle idea of it or over losing money?

Besides I like Apple attacking back at Nokia but i really don't care about the nokia-apple because it doesn't effect the product SO WHO CARES!. What do you think about the fact that Apple patented the "an advertising based OS/Software" I mean is that really any more enforceable than saying if you want to use a touch screen you infringe on our patent?
