@gruhonjic Actually, if you're doing a good-morning properly, the lower back stays isometric (no movement) to keep the back straight. The movement is created by the hamstrings and the gluteus maximus. A belt would therefore not be counter productive. And, that looked like a pretty good technique.

Honestly man those looked perfect! I have been training westside style For the past 8 weeks. Week 7 and 8 Involves good morning squatting I personally love them I felt so great after hitting 385 tonight! I bend over extra far sometimes just to get the proper depth! Keep up the scolid work brotha! Keep me posted on further workouts!
