This is 52 Commando (Part of Mike Hoare's 5 Commando). 52 Cdo commander was Siegfried Mueller. But at this video you cannot see him because he had been in Kamina that time (may be I'm wrong).

5 Commando fought with Che and Cubans, but I can't remember when it was. Mike did it. During the 64-65 5 Commando advsnced in different formations: as one large unit or in several smaller untits (52, 56 Cdos...).
