  • and we dont need to add sugar????

  • @grandjoy2000 , you do not need to add sugar to it, since the dry sheet of apricot are already cooked in sugar, but taste it, you might want to add sugar to it, it is up to you.

  • do you use cold or hot water ..how many water you use for every 250 gramm ????

  • I use HOT water to soak the apricots in, and you may use about 2-2.5 cups of water for 250 Grams of the apricots. you can always add more water to it to thin it out if it is too thick.

  • perfect timing!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank youuuuuuuuu mimi

  • youknowu, you are welcome!

This sharab sounds so refreshing! I've never had it before, but I'm pretty much a fan of all Middle Eastern sharab. My favorite one has got to be sharab il loz, have you had it before? salam, Tony
