Despite numerous complaints from concerned passengers about their exposure to second hand smoke, Eurostar refuses to advise its employees to caution anti-social individuals who violate the law by smoking right beside the no smoking signs and in some cases even next to the Eurostar train manager's office. Eurostar is solely in control of several platforms at Waterloo Station, hence this company is directly responsible for preventing such violations. Unfortunately Eurostar's lack of respect for the health and safety of the vast majority of its customers has forced me to take this matter to the public.

Yes, well, those people are almost certainly all French; and we all know what les tabagistes français think about no-smoking signs.

At the time the film was made, smoking was against the railway bye-laws only. Now it's against the law of the land as well as the bye-laws.

Mr eurostar traveller, before you try to boycott eurostar, you should try to be careful and sincere about the date that your video was taken, as well as the old (not referring to the new law) anti smoking signs that you keep on zooming on. I do not know what you are trying to achieve, but: 1st, WE ARE NOT STUPID, 2nd: Eurostar can take u to court for that.
