  • Well...this is one way...and a good way at that.

    However, you MUST make sure the dough is cold. So, if you make the dough the day before, 30-40 minutes in the freezer before final sheeting is imperative.

  • That's how it's done, the proper way!

    I hate when those jackasses cutting the dough with the pizza wheel!
