A suitcase has a speakercabinet beneath the actual Rhodes and is active (because the sound is amplified). The Stage-model was intended for stage-gigs (because it had no heavy cabinet speakers, it was more portable). The stage models, wich are passive (don't need power to work) had a jack-line-out.

did you customize the rear baffle screws/washers so as to blend them in with the black grill cloth?

I would just like to say that the distortion you might hear is from the camera clipping, not the piano itself :)

i just dont see how it would be that difficult to convert a stage to a suitcase. ohhhh did you add that control plate off another?
