Good job man. Nice deep presses. Skinny guys are at a disadvantage when it comes to the bench because barrell chested guys go half has deep in their press as skinny guys.

I am 16 years old kayaker.
(95kg 8reps) 4 sets
plateuing sucks...i got up to 200x15 and 210x13...a few months ago...and today i got 190x15 and failed 16 =\....going for 210x12 next week.

@rctriplefresh5 if you're plateauing you should change things up for a bit, do every chest exercise in the world that you know of (even machines) then come back to your regular grip bench press. Here's a really fun one to do: set your safeties high enough that your elbows will not go less than 90 degrees, the reason I think this is fun is because you get to lift bigger amounts of weight and if you're like me then it might just put a smile on your face.

@MTLkayaker well im getting back up there..and im a stubborn motherfucker...but if i dont get 210x12 i might consider it. hows the lifting going?
