unfortunately it is not freeware. it's called (radar contact) currently only for fs2004 it is a very dynamic program. i think they are working on a upgrade it to handle AI traffic better. it does handle AI traffic, but during landing phrase, there are still too many go arounds. but it also works fine with AI smooth, I use, AI smooth+radar contact+FS9+active Sky for my best experience.

no. it is a dedicated ATC software, NOT the default microsoft flight sim ATC. much better. much realistic
