BVM Bobcat XL testing. Taxi tests, turbine testing, but no flying today Watch in HD

I've got my turbine out at the field, and did some startups today. Had some great help from SuperDave our resident RC guru getting the startup routine down. And now I can do more testing , get the brakes working 100%, time tests, how long the engine will run on full tanks of fuel. I bought this on RCUniverse TurnKey. That means, I bound my JR9303 to it, charged the batteries, added Kerosene, and turbine oil, and it starts. Hoping to get this up in the air before the Princeton Jet Rally, but we'll see if I can find somewhere big enough lol

Thanks Neil. Little bit bigger than my Bobcat 50 lol but a LOT heavier. They're supposed to land like pussy cat's though, delta and all that wing area. Can't wait

Thanks a lot, no really THANKS lol just kidding. I'll be nervous, but I've flown an F16 this size and weight, with a less powerful ducted fan nitro engine, so with lots of power behind it, this should be not too bad.
